FLASH FINDER TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Flash Finder (“Flash Finder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Flash Finder platform. By creating an account or using Flash Finder, you agree to these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use Flash Finder. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

PLATFORM PURPOSE (DISCOVERY ONLY)
Flash Finder is a discovery platform that connects clients with independent creators (photographers, videographers, and other professionals). Flash Finder facilitates discovery and initial connection but does NOT manage bookings, contracts, or project delivery, and does NOT guarantee outcomes, availability, or results.

HOW FLASH FINDER WORKS
Clients submit a project and may invite up to a limited number of creators. Invitations are time-sensitive and may expire. The first creator to accept an invitation secures the project. Once accepted, the project is no longer available to other creators. Flash Finder does not control or guarantee creator responses.

CREATOR–CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Clients and creators are independent parties. Flash Finder is not a party to any agreement between users, does not negotiate terms, pricing, or deliverables, and is not responsible for disputes or project outcomes. All agreements occur independently.

PAYMENTS & FEES
Flash Finder processes payments related to platform use, including subscriptions and match fees charged to creators. All fees are presented before being charged. By using Flash Finder, you agree that match fees may be charged and credits deducted. Flash Finder does NOT process payments between clients and creators.

NO GUARANTEE OF MATCHES OR OPPORTUNITIES
Flash Finder does not guarantee that clients will receive creator responses or that creators will receive invitations or projects. Platform discovery tools increase visibility but do not guarantee results.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and comply with all applicable laws.

CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Creators are responsible for accurately representing their skills, portfolio, and availability, and delivering services as agreed with clients.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details and engaging in legitimate project requests.

OFF-PLATFORM INTERACTIONS
After a creator accepts a project, contact information may be shared. All communication and transactions occur off-platform. Flash Finder is not responsible for negotiations or project delivery.

MISUSE, ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION
Flash Finder reserves the right to monitor platform activity. Misuse includes fake projects, spamming, or false profile information. Flash Finder may apply misuse fees or terminate accounts.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Users retain ownership of their content. You grant us a limited license to display your content for platform functionality and discovery purposes.

AI & DISCOVERY TOOLS
AI-assisted tools assist in results organization but do NOT guarantee accuracy or replace user judgment. Users are responsible for selecting matches.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Flash Finder is not liable for disputes, work quality, missed opportunities, or damages arising from user interactions. All use of the platform is at your own risk.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Flash Finder after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
